Rule 48
<br> permission to land within protected areas is required
If someone wants to land any type of helicopter, hot air balloon or similar aerial equipment in the conservation area, he should apply to the department or the council in the format as per Schedule-16 for permission.
(2) After receiving the application according to sub-rule (1), the department or the council may allow the landing of helicopters, hot air balloons or similar equipment in the conservation area after receiving the prescribed fee.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (2), when permission is granted in this manner, the permit shall be given in the format as per schedule-17.
(4) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (2) or (3), prior permission shall not be required for landing in connection with emergency landing or rescue operations.
(5) According to sub-rule (4), the department or council should be informed as soon as possible about landing in connection with emergency landing or rescue operations.
